    Day 9 rested (in addition to day 8)
    day 10 105 wide leg squats (theses seem to cause less stress on my knees right now.

    I just started my squat challenge yesterday. I completed 50 squats... Is it a good idea to rev up to catch up with everyone else or should I just continue to complete on the 10th?

    I can do like 30 of them finally all the way down when I started I could only go halfway but I did 10 every night for a bout a month second month just kept building up now I can do 30 all the way down . It feels weird at first.. good luck!

    Glad I found this - just happened to do 45 squats with my trainer this morning - so I'll do another 5 and count it as day one. I'm off to France for a week tomorrow and this is a perfect "keep it going" challenge for me. I think I'll match it up with the same number of crunches too!

    I'd like to know this too. I'm just finding this today and really need to get my butt in gear for sping and thought this would be perfect! So do we start on day 1 or 11? Thanks

    I would say do as many as you can and catch up a little more each day.....just my thoughts. Depends on your level of fitness. If you have not been doing squats don't over do it or you won't be able to walk tomorrow!

    Barbell squats would give you more bang for your buck for any of you that belong to a gym.
