Yesterday was a doozey weird, weird work schedule.... doesnt seem to have effected my progress though... I was up at 4am and didnt get off work till 8pm super long day, came home and said let me take a nap before i do my nightly exercise and woke up about an hour ago lmaoooo nice long 8+ hour nap lol...good thing i did my morn exercise which seemed to be enough.... that was a good week0
