where can i find the group on here? i bought the dvd then gave it away cuz i never used it now im kickin myself for it cuz im wanting to try it. maybe since everyone here is wanting to do it it will help me stay up on it. Im really bad about starting one and givin up couple days into maybe thats why ive only lost 5 lbs.0

Holy cow!! I knew I was outta shape but whoa! Thought I was gonna collapse! But u know what they say..."No pain, no gain". I'll actually be disappointed if I'm NOT sore tomorrow. Then I'll just have to push a little harder.0

Go to YouTube and search 30 day Shred Level 1. Do L1 for 10 days, L2 for 10 days, same with L3. Today was my first day. It's quite a workout!0
