    I am slightly sore myself. I agree that it's a good thing. Means we pushed ourselves :) I feel great about this challenge. May actually stick to something for a change! :)

    I have just bought the dvd so count me in. It should keep me going for the full 30 days starting tomorrow. Will submit measurements tomorrow.

    HI...I will join 30 day shred on thursday...i have the dvd...I have been doing 30 minutes running and 15 minutes intense on eliptical every day 6 days a week...any one else doing more than just the 30 day shred...
    and will 30 day shred tone all muscles in my body so that I do not have to do any more toning exercises...thanks...cant wait...well actually I can...LOL

    Day 2 done! Wasn't crazy sore from yesterday but now I'm feelin it! Hasn't gotten easier yet but I hear that after the first few days it does :) we've just gotta keep it goin!

    I am pretty sure I OVER did it! Yesterday I did 30ds, pilates, then cycling.. Today I could barely move but got in some running then 30ds. Hopefully I get out of bed tomorrow! lol

    Right there with you! Day 1 was ok, thinking Day 2 is gonna be really tough haha!

    I'm starting 30 day shred and ripped in 30 today- march 6.2013
    I will do one workout in the morning and one in the evening

    I am planning to start a 3 month journey to getting nice body before the summer. I'm going to post every day on my blog, you can follow me there and join me on this journey :)

  • I started 30DS on 03/03/2013,....Ive taken measurements, and I am excited to see results! Also I have joined a group called 30 Day Shred - March 1rst,.....you should join as well if you havent already, there are multiple people who are in this grp who didnt necessarily start on the 1rst,....this is a great way to have support! *ps,....I will send you a friend request

    STARTED 30 DAY SHRED TODAY...ALSO DID 30 MINUTES RUNNING AND 15 MINUTE ON ELIPTICAL...I AM WIPED OUT...THE JUMPING JACKS KILL ME THE MOST AND THE SQUATS WITH OVERHEAD PRESS...BUT I DID IT AND WILL DO IT TOMORROW...ANY ONE ELSE WANT TO SHARE THERE FIRST TRY WITH 30 DAY SHRED...JILLIAN ANNOYS M´ WITH ALL HER TALKING...BUT UNTIL I GET THE MOVES DOWN I CANT MUTE IT...ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES YOU BURN DOING SHRED...

    I'm in. I think that I can do it with my 3 days of running. Need to work on building muscle not just the cardio. I'll meansure tonight too. Good luck.

    Have been doing 30DS since March 1st. My starting weight is 146.6. Will be more than happy if I can shred 6+ pounds by the end of month.
  • I just started the 30 day shred and did day one for the first time today! Although I have worked out on the eliptical and using gym machines before, this was my first time buying and using dumbell weights. I have to say the way they hurt my arms nearly killed me but I could definetely feel the burn in my legs during the squats and the cardio. Those side lunges are intense too. I love that Jilian Michaels doesn't have you stop to rest inbetween reps- I think it's going to be way more effective that way. I do feel like I could have gotten more of a burn on my abs but I'm used to do doing the ab exercises in the circuit so I may add in an additional ab workout! Let's get it girls/guys.

  • I'm in too! Will start tonight so will be behind most of you but I've been wanting to do this workout for awhile and now I have some motivation! :)
    I also tend to start and then stop after a few days so this should keep me checking in and acountable!
    Feel free to add me to your friends, I need some accountablity people!
