I am 5’1” with a 25 or 26 inch waist depending on my diet at the time, and my weight usually ranges from 102 to 108 pounds. Hips are 36 at their smallest and 38 inches at the largest.
I'm also 4'10", with a 24 in. waist and 34 in. hips
I don't really think that I'm saying anything new than what people have already said, but I'm trying to eat healthy, exercise daily, and drink plenty of water to help me lose the remaining 2 inches

my measurements are 85-72-104 (yup, my hips are pretty big compared to my upper body)

At my lower weight of 125 lbs, my waist gets to 27”. My hip size never changes.
