    Arew these weighted squats? I do squats at the gym with a weighted bar but I see day 30 and think OUCH!

    Thats what I was thinking... I think though these are to do without weights. I do them at the gym in sets. love that squat rack.

    Did Day One just now: 2 sets of 25 reps. I never do squats and didn't know if I was doing them low enough because I couldn't feel anything .. until about the 40th rep. This will be a challenge, haha!
