    Wow, you have really moved me in so many ways... Every day I feel blessed to have my health as I too had a scare a number of years ago, I look at my healthy boys and get over my minor complaints quickly... We are all on a journey to better ourselves keep up the fab work everyone!!!! And you look bloody AMAZING in your pics well done very inspiring and sooooo glad to hear you see the positives to a negative... You a star :-)

    You are truly an inspiration!! You have accomplished so much, in spite of a big medical issue.

    I also am 5'2" and I used to wear a size 16. I am down to a between size 14 and 12. Size 6 is my goal.

    I almost died 7 years ago. It was a long, difficult recovery. I completely agree with what you said. Eating right and exercising is a whole lot easier than the hard stuff like illness. You inspired many. Keep up the positive attitude and thank you for sharing your story.

    Oh my gosh! I had this same surgery! I had a Chiari Malformtion and had to have part of my skull and vertabrae removed. You're so inspiring!
