I like to take a shower daily with a good moisturizer. That's the only cleansing your body needs.

unless your liver and kidneys have stopped working, you don't need one. Save your money.

Cleanse? Eat clean, ton of water daily. Figurative ton, not a literal one.

And as Mokey said, showers are good, too.

What are you trying to cleanse?

Save your money, the most you are going to lose is water weight and your body does a perfect job of cleansing itself.

There is this new cleanse, all the celebs are doing it. It can be hard to do though.

First, you need a big glass
Then you have to fill it to the top with water
The worst part is you need to drink the glass and repeat several times a day.

I like to make green juices and replace a meal with them and then for meals cut out heavy things like dairy and high glycemic foods (ie breads, starches). Lemon water is a good addition too, it alkalizes.

The only people I've heard recommend cleanses are the people selling them.

I just did a colon cleanse (required for some medical tests) and it was quite unpleasant. Just eat more vegetables and fruits if you're doing it for fun.

I have done The Clean Program by Dr. Alejandro Junger. It is all about eating healthy food. I found it jump started my clean eating. I did the book version and made all of my own food. Felt great!

If you want the psychological kick or a little extra water weight reduction, try the O2 four day cleanse. You can find it on the internet for free (I think on the book's webpage) and the only ingredients you buy are foods.

The word "cleanse" has a lot of different meanings. To some people, it just means getting all the preservatives, sugars, etc out of their diet and eating healthier.

Just stay away from any plan that does not allow you to consume at least 1,200 calories a day.

Don't buy the shakes. I just follow the food list on page 8.
    The recipes are free too.
