Not as impressive as most, but still pleased with my 18lbs loss
HOW DID U GET UR TUMMY TO GO DOWN?
I didn't realise I had a swayback to fix! But now you say it maybe my back is abit dodgy looking!!
I did the 30day shred youtube vidalas tarting at level one building up to level three and used MFP calorie counting to lose my stomach, I do at least 30minutes to an hour walking a day to get my bum and thighs down.
I have revisited this photo considering the swayback suggestion by another MFP user, and my back hasn't changed it's my bum that has, it's not so large, big clue is that my pants actually fit better, the tops of my arms are thinner too, so maybe this is creating some strange illusion but as far as I know I have no swayback.
Totally agree, your bum is loads smaller your back shape has not change. Amazing work, wish I had a flat tummy & pert bum like you!0 -

I need to do more recent photo's the last one on the end here is still basically how I look. But my weight is about 10 lbs difference. I'm 121 lbs now with 11 more pounds to lose before I start really focusing on muscle gain.

I gained 50lbs in nursing school from my 1st semester to my 4th. Now I'm in my 5th semester and I'm slowly making progress. I joined DietBet with a few other students, invested in a Fitbit to track my steps and calories burned, and I use MyFitnessPal- it links up with your Fitbit account! I've lost 7.8 lbs since April 3, 2013.
You are doing great! I can totally relate to how rough and unforgiving nursing school can be! Keep up the progress and good luck!0 -
I can't say I'm anywhere near through with my journey, but I do have pics! I've taken the advice of everyone here and taken pictures and measurements on the first of every month since January. My progress is slow, and I'm blaming nursing school for that! Hopefully the next time I post progress pics, I'll have gotten much closer to my goal!

EDIT: Finally got the pictures to work, but the sizes are huge! I'm working on it.. Maybe the 4th time's the charm..
