Finally made some progress recently on these last 10lbs, figured I'd post these to keep myself going and to encourage others (hopefully)!
You look great!! You really came a long way.

Love seeing these pictures, always motivates me! I wish I'd have taken side, front and back before pictures when I was at my heaviest... but I didn't take any until I'd already lost weight! When I'm feeling down and like I've not made *that* much progress, I look at pictures like these:

A difference of about 12 lbs:

I mainly hold my weight in my tummy so it's nice to see it shrinking!!

    Hi

I think i'm looking a bit leaner in the pic on the right ! What do you think? hmmmm. The pic on the left was taken in Jan 2013 and the one on the right March 30 2013

I tried all the different ways I know to embed the picture, and all that would show up is the HTML, so just click my profile picture if you want a little inspiration. :)

This is mine, about half way to my goal weight. Started at 328.8 and I'm currently at 263 :D.

Loving this thread, seeing peoples progress is so freaking inspiring and motivational.

It has been a tough month and I have been struggling to stay motivated, but when I look back at how far I have come I know I cannot quit. Hence, I am dusting myself off and getting back up on that horse, lol (and hey at least now the horse won't buckle under my weight, haha). I am 35 years old, 5'5" and my starting weight was 280lbs, and I started my weightloss last March. My goal weight is 130lbs, and I am about 30ish away but I know I will get there :)

Picture on the Left 270lbs (28 years old) and Picture on the Right 155lbs (35 years old).

I'm 37, just about to turn 38. Been overweight for the last 20+ years, ever since I was pregnant with my son. I ate bad, drank nothing but Coke all day & all night for 15 years. I never exercised & would find an excuse not to. This change came from a photo my husband took (not the one you see here ) and the next day I started losing weight. 7 months later I hit my goal weight of 65kg. Workout every day, no cheat days, no rest days.

I don't have a full body shot that's recent, but I do however have a face shot that gives a clue as to how I've gone from 95kg in early Feb 2012 to 59kg now in March 2013.

BTW that is a natural tan, sunshine does wonders. No makeup at all. No fake tan lotion. I've never been able to tan in my life, now I am brown all over. Coconut oil on the INSIDE helped with that.
