I started out at 282lbs in Jan. 2012. That was the heaviest I have ever been.
Last year, around the end of April I started taking my health more seriously. I was unhappy with the way I looked so I started walking EVERY DAY. At least 45-60 minutes a day and restricted my calories/made healthier choices. I lost over 60lbs. I did not take any pictures while losing weight, but here are the results.

This was taken on my birthday. March 30th, 2013.
My ideal weight is 180, so I have some more work to do. I was slacking this past winter, so I am starting my diet and exercise routine again. I've loss 5 more pounds so far0 -

Aug '12 154lbs (ish...probably more!) Apr '13 135lbs...still got a few lbs to go!

Only 5lbs difference but my focus has been mainly on strength and eating well. It's really the first time my legs have even hinted at changing and I'm stoked!
The first is from late February/early March and the second was just a week ago!

Me at 263 pounds and my hubby at 313 pounds.
here I am at my current weight of 190. My goal is to get to 135...still have a ways to go but super happy with all the hard work so far. Great job everyone!!! Love all the pics! Oh, and the hubby is down to 179. There's a pic of him too.

The first picture was when I re-started MFP on January 6th, when I weighed 164 lbs, and the last one was taken recently at 144 lbs.
I'm 5'5", 11 months postpartum. I don't have a clear goal but I know I'm not there yet.
