48 here, 10 years post (natural) menopausal. It has taken a year and 1/2 and a lot of work to lose 48 lbs, but only 5 more to goal! Feel free to add me. My diary is open to all. I eat a lot, drink a lot (on Friday & Saturday) and exercise a lot and all of it is logged!0

Count me in!
I'm 46 and had my third child when I was 37.
I lost the baby weight fairly easily within a year.
But the year I turned 42, all my weight seemed to suddenly shift to my belly:noway:
I've gotten back to where I want to be but need to remain consistent with exercise and healthy eating.
I've also been frustrated with some injuries in this crazy, hormonal body of mine.0 -
yes please~!0

I am interested.0

I'm in the high end of your age range. I didn't really have severe hormonal problems, but my metabolism has slowed, I'm pretty sedentary, and I injured my ankle a year ago. I've never been overweight and recently managed to lose a few pounds with Intermittent Fasting, but it definitely takes effort, especially since I'm short. I simply can't eat a whole lot and expect to maintain, much less lose.0

Count me in - I am just starting to fully realize why it has been so hard for me to lose weight- because of my insulin resistance - I have found light hand weights every effective for building muscle - and I love the Leslie Sansome 'walk away the pounds' - You must be doing great if you have a personal trainer - good for you!!0
