    5' here!
Lost about 60lbs last year, started weight training this January.
Started at 175, lowest was 106, now 114 & trying to get stronger & more toned.

Night before giving birth to my 2nd via c-section 211lbs. 1 month into changing my life forever, 168lbs.

End of weight loss, 110lbs, size 0. Right hand side is 6 weeks into weight training at 116lbs, size 0/00. Weight training does some amazing things!

I'm 5'3". Starting weight was 206. Currently I'm 196.7. My interim goal is 165 and my final goal is 140. I don't anticipate getting below 130, because that's the weight I was when I graduated high school, and I worked out (dance/gym/yoga) 30 hours a week in high school! I'm lucky if I can fit in 4 hours a week now!

I have a long way to go, but I'm extremely motivated. I have lost a lot before. I had a baby 18 months ago. I lost some weight after having her, but when I went back to work it all went downhill. I've never felt as energized and motivated as I do right now before, so I really feel like this is do-able. I'm actually hoping to accomplish getting down to my goal weight this year. It would be great if it was in time for Halloween, so I can wear a sexy costume for the first time ever!

Hello! I'm 5'3 and started on MFP in my 180's. Current 144-ish and finding it extremely difficult to get below 140. My profile pics has some before and after and my current one is what I look like now. I would ideally lose 20 more lbs but it's gotten so much harder than it was at the beginning!

Any advice on how to lose the last 20 would much be appreicated!

I'm 4"11 and at my highest was 223. I'm currently down to 194 and so proud to be back in onederland!! My goal is to be in the 140s, I think. I can only remember being as low as 160, but 145 sounds like a good number :)

Well, I am 5'3.5 and yes, the half matters :)

So far I've lost 11 lbs since January ( about 14-15 since Christmas ).

I only have 13-14 more lbs to lose.

My waist went from a 27.5-28 in December ( 28 was on bad days, 27.5 on good days ) down to a 24.5. Other areas, like my hips, have not gone down that much.

    I know how you feel.

I was in my upper 130's in December. I am just a half inch taller than you, but I doubt it makes a difference. I lost the first 15 lbs quickly, but now it is getting slow.

I would say maybe mix up your workouts. Even if you do your routine differently. Or try some new machines. Or do a new exercise. Like if you normally ride your bike, maybe try running.

You could also experiment with different calorie intakes. Increase for a little to build your metabolism and then maybe you will lose again.

It's going to be slow, but a 1-1.5 loss a week would be good, right?

    Hello fellow shorties. I'm 5'1"

I don't have any pics, but my stats are as follows.

    SW 132.6
    CW 121
    GW 110

I just reached my 1/2 mark today. I will probably treat myself to a new piece of clothing. When I hit my goal weight I will buy a new bathing suit.

I`m 5`1 and gained 65 lbs with my baby... so far I have lost 43 lbs in 6 months. I have no before and after pics though, didn`t want to remember this gain, To reward myself I usually will buy one item of clothing every 10lbs or so. Just one because I`m not planning on staying at this weight so I don`t need more. I have 23 lbs to go. I thought I had eating clean and dieting down snap and what I realized with losing this amount of weight is that I knew what it took to lose the last 5 or 10 lbs, I had no idea how hard it was going to be to lose this much weight. It takes so long and so much determination! You never get to take your eye off the ball! i had a bad Dec-Jan and am already behind where I wanted to be. But that`s ok, I don`t want to not enjoy my life. I am aiming for 6 lbs a month to be back to my body for summertime.

Keep at it, the scale will move. Better yet take your measurements and you will see the difference...drink lots of water!
