I have oatmeal, yellow chemicals (splenda), cinnamon, salt and a small pat of butter or two. It's so good, sometimes I'll eat it twice a day.0

That's mines minus oatmeal, I'll either have 2 waffles with sugar free syrup, or grits. Sometimes though I'll make a greek yogurt smoothie with frozen berries and a scoop of whey on the side. I try to get in close to 50g p per meal.0 -
Mine is widely varied, but a few that I come back to regularly are
cottage cheese protein pancakes dipped in syrup
Fage 2% Greek yogurt (plain) with 1 packet of Emergen-C raspberry, 100g frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup milk blended with a hand blender (makes a kind of soft serve frozen yogurty breakfast yum)
Oatmeal w/ brown sugar and cinnamon, and sometimes a 1/2 serving of raisins
2 egg + 2 egg white scrambled eggs with 1/4 c shredded cheese and 2-4 Tbsp of Chachi's salsa0 -
5 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 wheat toast, 1 coffee and a handful of spinach leaves.0

I eat on a set schedule, so "breakfast" is my 1pm meal. Today I had 4 Yves Breakfast Patties and some tea.0

When I'm in University or work I don't have breakfast. I never have time, mostly because I can't be bothered getting up to make breakfast.
So for my first break I'll have a piece of fruit.
If I'm off, I'll have a bowl of porridge. If I know I'm going the gym that day I'll have something like 2 pieces of toast, a vegetarian sausage and a boiled or poached egg.0 -
Banana
1 cup quick oats with a scoop of protein powder

Sometimes oatmeal, or an omelette, steak&eggs, cottage cheese with fruit, whatever I feel like really, but i seldom eat at breakfast time, it's usually closer to brunch. That's on my days off. On work days if I eat before 10am, it's a banana on the way to work.0

I have recently become addicted to homemade muesli:
a huge bowl of rolled oats with a random mix of nuts and whatever fruit I have. I have it with non-dairy milk or greek yoghurt.
I can't do store-bought muesli, because I can't have sulfites, which is very present in dried fruit. So I make my own with fresh fruit instead. So good .
Oatmeal with cinnamon and banana is my go-to on cold mornings (live in a really old house that is hard to get warm).
Sometimes I just have wholegrain bread with cheese or chicken and some fruit.
My breakfasts are always a combo of whole grains, protein and fruit.
And I always wash it down with a huge mug of green tea.0 -
I eat almonds if I get hungry. Then I eat a piece of fruit mid morning. I normally don't start eating more than small amounts of food until I have lunch. Sometimes I don't eat anything until lunch.0

A package of oatmeal (only like, 100 calories, and SUPER filling) and lots of fruit/berries to jumpstart my day. Sugar high0
-
Any combination of eggs, green peppers, onions, cheese, bacon, low carb wrap, or a protein shake.0
-
Bran flakes and tea most days, eggs, sausage and bacon sometimes at the weekend0

I have a rotating menu: refrigerator oatmeal with PB2 and bananas, veggie omelet with greek yogurt, greek yogurt and fruit, etc.0

Eggs, wheat toast, cottage cheese, bacon, chicken, sausage, whatever is available really. I've been known to hack chunks of frozen bacon into a frying pan and thaw it that way when I have a craving.0
-
I always have a smoothie - blueberries, banana, whey powder, chia seeds, psyllium husk, oatbran, LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond meal) and almond milk. Yum!0

I depends on what I want to have breakfast... Some days I will have 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, or 4 almond butter sandwiches, or Cheereos with fresh blueberries... There are even occasions that I will have egg beaters with tofurky...0
-
If I don't have leftovers from dinner then it's usually 2 eggs fried in butter with SOMETHING... this morning it was asparagus and warm goat cheese. Sometimes its bacon and strawberries. It's usually always 2 eggs. My MIL keeps 8 chickens so she supplies us with fresh organic eggs as fresh as can be!0

Light Chocolate Milk and a Banana.0

Usually it's some type of eggs (soft/hard boiled, scrambled, fried, etc.) with an assortment of mixins (cheese, veggies, etc.) and maybe some sausage, bacon, fruit, nuts, or seeds on the side. Either that or I mix up a fruit/veggie smoothie.0
-
on a work day it's a mug of tea and a piece of fruit-cannot stomach much first thing in the morning. on the weekend it will either be wholewheat toast and marmite or cereal (or possibly an egg)0

don't skip it, that's the worst thing you can do to set yourself up for failure. Getting out of control and eating everything in sight
I respectfully disagree with this statement. Eating breakfast or not eating breakfast is actually a personal preference. I rarely eat before 10am, and I like to save my calories for the evening. There are plenty of people who like to eat their calories early in the day and that is fine too. I think that the best idea is eating when you feel most comfortable. I know for a fact that if I eat a large breakfast I am more likely to go over my calories for the day and start eating out of control earlier in the day AND feel constricted in the evening - even if I do have enough calories to eat.
That being said, everyone is different. For some people, it is a lot more beneficial to start eating later in the day than for others, so skipping breakfast is definitely not something that will set you up for failure.0 -
Today was a couple scrambled eggs, fresh pineapple and grapes. Usually it's toast, cereal or oatmeal, but I'm trying to get more protein.
My absolute favourite is any kind of cold pizza with the cheezy cheddar dip from Panago.
I used to love cold pizza! but i cant have that anymore:sad:
When we have pizza, I'm more excited about having it cold the next day. Lol why can't you have it anymore? Pizza allergy? Sad panda is sad.0 -
Usually have 2 slices of wholemeal toast,or Kellogs all bran with fruit and semi skimmed milk.Blueberries and raspberries are gorgeous in All bran0
