    I love their salads!

    Even the worst one, the southwestern with crispy chicken, and 2 southwestern dressings, 650 calories!

    The same salad with 2 balsamic dressings, 500 calories!

    But I love to drown my salad in dressing!

    Get grilled chicken, and the calories are even lower!

    They're huge and very filling!

    but you could easily make your own at home, probably cheaper - and you know everything that'll be in it, so it'll be better for you! :)

    Well, yes, of course you could - but that doesnt help if you are getting a quick lunch on your break at work or while travelling or meeting up with friends or on a shopping trip etc.

    Its good to know which are the healthier options to fit in with your real lifestyle - and that might not always mean preparing food at home.

    It really is incredibly filling, but I eat like an animal. So one is probably right for most people and will easily fit in their calorie budget.

    I usually have the grilled chicken caesar salad with low fat Italian dressing. It's like 240 calories total.

    I couldn't take the fat in any burger personally... or 780 calories for lunch lol.
