You look great. This is how you get if you lift. You wont look like Terry Crews next august0 -
I am so sick of this question! Must be one of those days where I get easily annoyed.0

For me, some random guy on the internet who you don't know? Yea, I find some muscle very attractive, but a lot of muscle would take years and some injections to accomplish. But why do you care about what people you don't know think of your body? Do it for you.0

google Pauline Nordin. I think she is a fitness godess0

somebody posted something saying that unless you are on steroids you will not look like a man...i agree! IT takes a lot of litfting for a women to look that bulky. Men naturally have more muscle, so it doesn't take them that long to develope more and to get bigger. Just do what you feel is right. Muscle def. looks better then fat...and it burns more fat too! I think that you will find that once you start weights, cardio will never be the same again! You can have really positive results with both together though.0

"I don't know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone."
...so just do what YOU like, build the body that YOU want... and never worry about if other people approve of you.0 -

Doesn't matter, should be all about you and what you want.
Someone will find you attractive either way.0 -

it all depends on what YOU like. for me, i LOVE the fit, strong look. i work hard to get muscles and definition. this one lady who saw me, out of the blue told me that muscles look gross on women. i just laughed in her face and shook my head.
if you want to get toned/muscular, go for it! never mind what anyone else likes0 -
Strong is the new sexy! I love the strong defined look on women!0

I don't care if someone finds it attractive or not. I feel good. I'm strong. I don't jiggle all that much when I walk anymore. And I can do things others cannot. I lift for stress relief and mental clarity....and to feel totally awesome.0

first off.. those women u see with muscles have extremely low body fat.. u will look like that Only if u want to..
otherwise ..weight lifting will only get your body parts in shape and especially help your back side look like j.lo's..
weight exercises also help a lot in aiding fat loss cuz of the calories burned..
so dont worry and SQUAT..0 -
my man loves my muscles...so i guess they are attractive.0
-
Yes! Strong and fit is sexy.0
-
i say yes..
and if you are eating in calorie deficit you will not gain muscle anyway....0 -
not too much, you want the Victoria's secret angel's skinny but strong look
No, I don't.
Those women don't look strong at all to me. Very little musculature and no definition. The picture posted earlier of the fitness model looks strong. I'll take that over skinny any day.0 -

Strong and healthy always wins. As a woman, we won't naturally bulk up when we strength train. We become lean and toned. Nothing could be better.
But it really is up to you. As long as you have a healthy self image, that's all that matters. Take it where ever you want to go!0 -
Of course it is. Lower body fat, see muscles (especially if you've trained them). Muscles are a natural result of an active, fit, healthy body.0

Very attractive, imho. They have to go extremely far with it before it starts being not so attractive to me, personally. I mean like Miss Olympia far, lol.0
-
All that matters is whether YOU think it is attractive. Why worry about what anyone else thinks?
