Voskos brand is really good. More protein than most brands and noteably creamier. Great for sour cream substitutions, too. Christine Avanti recommends it in her "Skinny Chics Don't Eat Salads" book and has great recipes for shakes and breakfast meals.

I can only find it at Whole Foods in Dallas.

    Favorite shake recipe:

    Coconut Banana Shake
1 8oz container plain Voskos Greek Yogurt (nonfat)
1 banana (frozen - makes it icy)
    1 cup coconut milk
    2 T flax seed meal
    1 T coconut oil (melted)

I really love Chobani, you can get lots of different flavors. Just mix them well and eat! YUMMY!

    Hello!

I am a huge fan of Dannon Oikos brand greek yogurt as well as Fage greek yogurt. Oikos comes in many more flavors than Fage, but Fage is a thicker, creamier yogurt than Oikos - Oikos is closer to the texture of regular yogurt. I love them both!

I like Wegmans Greek Yogurt, it seems to be the lowest in Calories and Sodium. I eat the plain because it has less sugar and I add 1 tbsp of Pure Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp Wegmans Crunchy All Natural Peanut Butter, 5 grams unsweetened toasted Coconut, 13 grams ground Flaxseed, and 28 grams Almonds or Walnuts.

Maple syrup is just above Agave Nectar on the glycemic Index, but is lower in calories

    Wow! That sounds so good!

Sophie Greek yogurt is the only one with no added sugar (no artificial sweeteners either) plus it has different flavors such as chocolate and caramel or banana pie. It's almost as though you're eating dessert. LOVE!!!
