    Does anybody know if you can eat cat in a Paleo diet?

    If it had a mother, absolutely. Most good paleos would only eat a raw fed one, though, as kibble fed won't give it the right fatty acid ratios.

    Before, but be sure to specify if it's short hair or long hair. If you say it's a long hair when it's a short hair, you went over your calories for the day and will die.

    Or just don't skin them. I'm sure the hair has lots of fiber so you'll end up with negative calories.
