    I plan to work out 6 days a week, log everything, and really focus on responding to my body's actual hunger, not my emotions! Much easier said than done some days.

    4/5 159.6 down 1.4 lbs from April 1st. I have 4.4lbs to go for the month.
    4/12 158.2 down 1.4 lbs from April 5th, down 2.8 lbs for the month. 3.2 lbs for my goal weight for the month of April.
    4/19 155.8 down 2.4 lbs from April 12th. Down 5.2 lbs for the month. Only .8 lbs to go for my April weigh in.
    4/26 153.6 down 2.2 lbs from April 19th. Down 7.4 lbs fir April. Goal met. :drinker:

    As of today I surpassed my goal of -6lbs for April! I'm so excited. With only 5 days left, I'm hoping to get down to 153.0 for our final weight it. That will put me at a nice round number for The next challenge in May! :drinker: :drinker:

    Amazing what happens when you have a good weekend to compliment your good week! Not sure if I am going to meet my april goal by the 30th (that gives me less than a week to lose 1.8 lbs) but I will keep working at it. And then bring on May! Can't wait for the weather to improve so I can do more exercise outside!

    Last week I wasn't sure if I should change my GW for April, but seeing as how I'm down a few more pounds since then, I'm going to change it. I would REALLLLYYYY like to be under 200 by graduation (which is on May 4th). So, I think I'm going to change my GW by April 30th to be 200 lbs, and then my goal weight for May 4th (graduation!) to be 199 lbs. I think I can do it (well, I hope I can)!!

    Happy Friday!! I can't believe it's already the last Friday of April... Where'd the time go???

    I had a hiccup in the road earlier this week that caused my weight to creep up a bit before coming back down. This morning I stepped on the scale, and it read 199.6!!! So, I went to go get my camera (hey, I haven't seen under 200 in a VERY LONG TIME), got back on the scale, and the reading was higher (wasn't holding my camera). I got back on just to be sure, still 201... Aww man... :/ I'm sooooo close to being under 200!!!!!!!!

    Continue working out at the gym for 35-40 minutes Monday to Friday (strength training alternating with cardio). Also starting a walking challenge this month to walk everyday and hopefully when the weather warms up get my bike out on the bike trails.

    How I plan on doing it: Keep up with exercising and eating healthy. My semester break is over so I have to figure out how to make things work all together. Hence the relatively meager goal.

    April 5th: 105.5 kg, down 0.4 kg (as expected, since I've been sick for the last week and haven't been able to hit the gym)
    April 12th: 105.7 kg, down 0.2 kg <-- whelp, I need to work harder to make school + fitness work together better, so hopefully next week I'll be out of the red and down some.
    April 19th: [I missed this Friday due to being out of town, so I'm adding it now] 103.9, down 2.0 kg << Positive, I'm back in the black, so to speak. This was pre-Belgium trip however, where mucho bread, cheese, and chocolate was consumed.
    April 26th: 103.7 kg, down 2.2 kg << probably not going to make my goal by the 30th, but it's close ish? Getting sick didn't help, that's for sure

    If you want to make a challenge for May, I suggest starting a new thread, since this one clearly states "April" in the title and could possible max out the post limit before May is done!

    April 5: 147.5 Finally lost .5 lb. Hope to lose more next week. :)

    April 12: 147 lost 1/2 pound

    April 19: 146 lost 1/2 pounds. :) Glad the scale is moving in the positive direction but hope to lose more next week. :) ! :)

    April 28: 141 so I lost five more pounds! :) I am so happy! :)

    I had a much better week reducing my calories & not eating snacks such as popcorn at night time I am also cutting down on the butter & salt. I am also doing more walking & exercising. :)

    goal for next week: Do more walking, sit ups & also drink more water & reduce my calories. :)

    Not even close to my goal but still happy since I have a 4 lb loss. Next month will be better. Want to be part of this challenge again next month

    Great Job! I didn't reach my goal either but am looking forward to loosing next month. I hope to lose 8 lbs next month too!
