So glad I came across this challenge. I'm in!

How do I plan to accomplish this goal? By logging everything and staying accountable on the weekends. I am going to take it one day at a time. I am going to continue to workout 5 days a week at the gym with various classes and add additional more evening runs since its nice out.

I'm in! I've been about the same weight for a year now (I originally started at 228, lost down to 208, and now I'm back up at 212). I need to get my weight under control for both heart health reasons and my own sanity.

I am an emotional eater, and for the past few months (especially the past few weeks), I have heavily relied on food to make me "feel better." I need to stop turning to food every time I feel bad. I plan on changing my relationship with food to help me get to my ultimate goal weight. So, when I start feeling really sad or lonely, I hope to get my mind off of food by reading some topics on the message boards or reading a book. Ideally, I will exercise when I feel bad. Also, I plan on getting at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

Frustrated. Started week off with big food day on Easter. Didn't eat great Monday night either. 4 times to gym plus using a fat burner I thought I would lose 2 maybe 3. Instead I gained 1/2 a pound.

Hi,
I'm in too. I only have about 5 lbs to lose to get back to my lowest weight and just need a kick up the bum to get on with it.

How am I going to do this......
1.Restart the running (got up to a comfortable 6km and then winter struck)
2.Swim at least once a week
3.Walk the dog for longer and further
4.Cut out the rubbish - chocolate, crisps and biscuits
Well the end of week one and I have lost 1lb.
Quite pleased with that as the diet has been better but not perfect - staying just within my cals but could have made better choices.
Just had a naughty cake :ohwell: so I'm off out with the dog to try to get rid of at least half of it with a good long walk.0 -
