    I had McDonalds after eating healthy & I got soooo sick!
    The headache wasn't worth it but treat yourself and then come back!!

    No way, once I go back to McDonald's I'm staying. I can easily put the 43 pounds I lost back on. That should be my new goal.

    Had a BIG MAC FRIDAY and i dont regret it. sometimes i need to endulge my cravings or the detour from my healthy lifestyle will be alot worse and last alot longer! ....

    go have some mcdonalds and be sure to log it in .... no worries there!
