Always! I find that it helps with cramps and can give you more energy..drink lots of water and watch the sodium content, that helps with bloating too :flowerforyou:0

Yes i do.
It helps with the cramps and such. It also releases endorphins as we know, so that helps with the mental part of the cycle.
sometimes your exercises may have to be less than when you are not on your cycle, but still a little effort is better than none and it really does help with all of our menstrual side effects0 -
Exercise is the BEST thing to help with cramps!0

My energy is lower so I do lower impact exercises, but I still move. Helps me feel better and less sluggish. I am anemic, but I always take iron supplements during those days.0
