Mine is eggs, zucchini and tomatoes.

Top three items:
1. 40% HEAVY CREAM, the real stuff. I put 1/3 cup in my coffee every morning. It hasn't hurt me one bit. And it is a morning ritual.
2. Fage plain low fat 1% Greek yogurt.
3. Unsweetened almond milk. I make my own and it is heaven.
Wow! I love food. Good healthy, wholesome food!0 -
1) Milk
2) Multivitamin
3) Coffee
Multivitamin overtook the coffee cause I went without last month.
Milk wins because I put it in my coffee and eat it in cereal.
None of that is actual food so next:
4) Eggs - Mmm... breakfast when I'm not eating cereal or leftovers.
5) Onions - About the only thing they don't go in or on is ice cream.
6) Carrots - Are cheap, crunchy, sweet and take a long time to eat (and need next to no prep).0 -
Coffee
Turbinado - Raw Sugar
Simple Truth Organic - Unsalted Butter0 -
