shredded cheese
whole grain old fashioned oat meal
egg-large
(it was 2% milk for the longest time, but I recently went back to whole milk and removed it from my list)
not a bad balance two fatty proteins and a decent carb
breakfast is my most consistent meal and it is usually either eggs with a bunch of stuff or 1/2cup of oatmeal (before cooking)with a side of something
and the cheese... I have 2 different shredded cheeses one my most used list.. I like it and it's good to help me get my protein up when I have room for the calories- it can and has gone on just about everything..0 -
