    1) Olive oil - probably because I cook everything in olive oil (once in a blue moon coconut oil or even - gasp - bacon fat, but 95% of the time olive oil) so I add the amount used for cooking into my diary separately. Also because I make my own olive oil and vinegar salad dressing ALL the time, and I just add the ingredients separately, and I eat a LOT of salads. I also use it on veggies...I just use a lot of olive oil, lol.

    2) Egg whites - I have eggs for breakfast with various things mixed in 4-5 days/week. I have nothing against egg yolks from a nutritional standpoint, I just really really hate how they taste.

    3) Coffee (black) - enough said.

I've never logged my black coffee. If I did, it would definitely be #1

I dont agree with the findings. but here it is!

    1. eggs
    2. egg whites
    3. creamer

(I quit using creamer months ago... and I eat at least a pound of chicken breast a day, so this is not correct.)

I only do because it's a habit to log along with whatever creamer, etc I put in it. I don't log any other drinks, though (unless they have real calories)...if I did, Diet Coke would DEFINITELY be #1. It would probably have to be #2, also, because one spot on the list wouldn't be able to contain the mass quantity, lol.

Well, I'm going to ignore #1 and #2 as so many other people have coffee & cream already.

    3. Butter
    4. Multivitamin
    5. Beer

This totally made me laugh. Coffee, cream & vitamin are daily. I have one slice of buttered toast with my homemade soup for work lunches. And I enjoy my post-game beer as I play several times a week. I love to cook, and can go weeks without once repeating a dinner menu, so it's not a big surprise that my top 3 aren't "food" items.
