    You look absolutely amazing! Congratulations on ALL that you have accomplished!!!! You have definitely inspired me and I am going to show your video to my boyfriend because I keep trying to get him to start living a healthier lifestyle and I think he just doesn't believe he can really change anything you are PROOF that it is possible with hard work and dedication! thank you so much for sharing your story!

    I loved your video, particularly you deadlifting and squatting outside! You've made an amazing transformation. And those are some serious guns you're sporting now! :happy: Congrats! Very inspirational.

    I've never been to a gym. I believe you should be fluid in all elements.
