    I am at work so can't upload pics to a server to share... but my profile pic is just 30 days of progess with the scale not really moving much at all.

    I am doing Turbo fire, so that was my 30 day results pic... I have a side shot too but haven't posted that yet. I lost only about 5 lbs in the month, but inches all over (arms, waist, hips).

    I think you'll have to right click on the image and select "view image" to see the whole thing. I don't know how to resize it without it being too small since the image is so long.

    First pic is 152 before lifting.
    Second pic is 30 days later at 149.
    Third pic I'm 153. There's 30 days between the second and third pic. 60 days from the first pic.

    As you can see not a lot of difference between the first and second but a noticeable difference between second and third and I weigh more but went from a size 10 jean to a size 8 (exact same jeans so not due to sizing variation between brands/companies).

    Only 13 lbs total.
    Just finished my first 12 weeks of Body-for-LIFE and wanted to share my results, but first a very short bio; I am a 33 year old stay at home mom of 5 kids and I did all of my workouts at home. I'll keep it to the point, below are my starting and end of the 12 week stats. After are my before and after pictures (hope they turn out I have never posted pictures before). I will begin my second 12 weeks soon and am already excited to see the results!

    Starting Stats;
    Weight: 132 lbs
    Waist (smallest point): 29 inches
    Hips (widest point): 39 inches
    Thigh: 23 inches
    Body Fat: 29-31%

    End of 12 Weeks;
    Weight: 119 lbs
    Waist (smallest point): 24.5 inches
    Hips (widest point): 34.5 inches
    Thigh: 20 inches
    Body Fat: 19-20%

    Mercy, that's incredible. You go girl!

    I've lost 14 and can tell a big difference, but don't have great pics, and it's not this dramatic. We'll just pretend this is me. LOL

    The pictures below are a difference of maybe 1 lb. I took these because i was getting frustrated with the scale remaining stubborn and was happy i could see a difference in the pics.

    Edited to resize

    I know this is going to be a little large (not sure how to resize it, but you can right click and view it separately. This is only 15lbs difference over 7 weeks. Week 1, 6, and 7...

    Week 6 pic was taken the day i started the 30 day shred, and week 7 was after 7 days of 30DS :)

    Anyone may feel free to add me. I always try to provide as much support and motivation as I possibly can. The more friends the merrier :)

    This isn't a "big physical transformation", but I think it's funny that I weighed the exact same in the before and after picture. This is exactly why I hardly ever step on the scale, if at all. Measuring inches lost is more accurate, at least for me.
