Are you guys doing just the shred or cardio as well? I've had to take 3 days off so far (started the shred on the 1st) due to injuring my knee. I try to do at least 5 days a week of cardio on top of the shred. Kinda nervous about doing level 2!0

Level 2 is easier on the knees.0

I actually started it 12 days ago, I skipped 2 days at rest days so I'm going to start level 2 today. I've done Zumba for over a year now and a couple of other mixed strength classes here and there but started this to try to get over this 8 month plateau. So..after 12 days I have not weighed myself as I'm actually on a long business trip but I can see the difference in my body and it shows in my pants. Probably an inch gone off my waist. I can feel it's easier now than it was at the start so ready for Level 2 today!0

I'm on day 10 of level 1. I can't wait to start level 2 tomorrow. I haven't lost any pound though :-(0

I started this yesterday. I really enjoyed it. The only problem I can foresee is that I work 12 hour shifts 4x per week. By the time I get home I only have about 2 hours to get relaxed enough to go to bed. I guess I will have to find time in the morning to get this done. I love hearing all the success stories from people who have completed the 30DS and look forward to sharing my own success story.0

Just finished Day 9 Level 1. After about the 5th day I had the exercises and their order memorized and found it was a lot easier after that point. There are some moves that don't wear me out quite as bad so I can look forward to those when doing the harder exercises. I'm dreading the first few days of Level 2 but hope it will be the same as level 1 as far as getting easier after I have the level memorized.0

Lvl1Day7 here. I've improved so much in some of the exercises over the last week. Especially the push ups (which i do on my knees). I really want to supplement it with some cardio though. Maybe zumba on youtube or Brazil Butt Lift or something.0

I started this morning. My question is how do you log that under your exercise? I have no idea how many calories I burned
I would say low or general aerobics for 20 mins. I would say max 200 calories when I was doing it.0 -
I don't have the video, but I found it on youtube....so I am going to add it into my daily walk of 30 mins and my 30 day squat challenge. I finally got serious about doing this for me when I steped on the scale 2 weeks ago and weight 170! I said enough is enough. So, I only eat up to the 1200 calorie limit so that whatever exercise I do makes it a calorie deficit. I burn calories sleeping and working, so that is added in. I try really hard not to eat after my evening walk...might do a weight watchers 90 cal desert. I am also limiting my coffee. so in 2 weeks, I went from 170 and this morning, weighed in at 166.4! when I jumped onto this website, I had already dropped 2 lbs. so I am proud of myself!
so I have to get myself in the habit of getting up early in the morning and doing my jilian micheals shred! it is bookmarked!!1
