Hi, I am just short of 5'4" and five years ago went from 257 to 139... I now average around the 137 to 150 depending on how much exercise I am doing but never beyond 150!!!
Please take a squiz at my profile photos all around 145... I now wear either an 10/12 bottoms and 12 tops as I have quite broad shoulders...
    Good luck
    Jules xxx

I'm 5'4" and started out at 193.6 the first week of Jan 2013. I'm now at 174. I did P90X and I'm currently doing Insanity.

    I am 5'4"
I gained 60lbs with each of my pregnancies. The day before delivery I was at 187. I have gained/lost 60lbs twice within the last 5 years-phew!
I now am at 125lbs and am looking to lose body fat % and gain some muscle. That is sure the hardest part!!!
I was 33 in the heavier pics and 37 in the skinnier pics...wow I sure don't feel it. Just recently turned 38 and I'm ready to go pump some iron!!! :-)

Nice thread, thanks to everyone who posted, because this is approximately what I am looking to do :flowerforyou: Started at 226, currently 201, initial goal is 150 (I should have a good deal of muscle underneath all this fat)

I have the same goal _started at 200 currently at 163.8 looking forward to 145! My profile pic is at my highest weight and I've always hidden from the camera so I don't have any pics _planning a full photo shoot when I hit goal. Good luck ladies!

    I'm 5'3" but I hope this helps.

My journey started at 223 back in March 2010. I don't have any pictures at that weight. The first pic is at about 185 in July 2010. The second pic is 168 in July 2011 . The third pic is 148 in August 2012 and I'm the one on the right. The fourth pic is 138 in March 2013 and I'm the one on the right. I'm between 135 and 138 now, but a least a size smaller than I was in that fourth pic. I'm training for a 15k race and lifting a lot so I've gotten smaller. I wear an xs-s top and size 4 pants/jeans now.

I also don't really see a big difference but progress is progress even if I don't see it right now. I also know that every body is different so I can't compare my body shape to others. I need to stop that.

I can see a huge difference. You should be so proud of yourself. Congrats girl!

Hi ladies! I am 5'3" and working toward a similar goal. Actually, I was down to 145 once, about seven years ago. But I am now up to 201 and am trying to get back to 145. Thought I would share my photos to give you an idea of what I look like at each weight...

I got up to 189 but I totally destroyed every picture that had me at that weight!! I'll look thru my pics to see what I can find though. I am at 150.something right now, still headed down. Would like to get to 135 = D
