Salt seasoning. I only ever put it on my evening meal in very controlled amounts.

I count the calories in EVERYTHING ELSE!

Herbs, spices, ketchup... little things that only add like 10 cals here or there. I also don't log cleaning because frankly i think that's cheating. I don't consider that exercise even if you do burn calories.

Right now? I don't log anything. I'm about two months in to seeing how intuitive eating is working out for me.

I don't do herbs and spices. I also have one cup of coffee a day with a splash of milk, don't log that. I just try to leave a little extra calories at the end of the day for things I missed.

green tea, white vinegar, and pepper.

If I sprinkle a little spices or herbs on my plate, I don't bother logging those. If I'm building a recipe, I'll include them.

The flavored water drinks I have twice a day, as they have less than 5 calories per 500ml and I used different amounts each time to make them. Everything else I log.

Fruits, vegetables, except for avocados. WW doesn't count fruits and veggies, so I don't either. No one ever got fat from eating too many plant based products. I also don't log spices or the spray of olive oil I use for cooking veggies or lean meats etc. It's a good fat so I don't worry about it.

I do not log things such as house cleaning, walking while I shop grocery or otherwise, or gardening. I kind of just figure those are a part of everyday life. I would feel like I was cheating my exercise log by adding those things.

  • Right now? I don't log anything. I'm about two months in to seeing how intuitive eating is working out for me.

Same here - I found logging the food a chore and actually put me off logging in (if I had a whole day's food to log I'd just think "Meh, I can't be bothered logging in") I know when I'm eating well and I know when I'm making bad food choices. My conscience really keeps track...

What I do use though is the recipe builder. I find that really good when making a new recipe, to be able to see approximately how many calories are in each serve. That's handy.

I also don't log my weight training. My gym has an online logging facility so I do that on the gym website as I get incentive points for rewards :)
