One of my favorites is the one I'm making for tonight: cut up a couple of sweet potatoes (yams would work too), sprinkle them with garam masala, place chicken leg quarters on top, ddrizzle the whole shebang with a little (maybe 15g) honey, sprinkle on more garam masala and some minced garlic, add about 2/3 cup water, and let everything go in the slow-cooker on the lowest setting for 8-10 hours. You get the most amazing, flavorful, tender meal ever.0
