    I don't like cashews plain. Funny aftertaste. But they make great vegan creamy sauces--cheese sauce, gravy, cream of something soup... I can use almonds if I'm out, but cashews are creamier. Just better.

    Now, pine nuts are the devil--as in, only he can afford them!

    They are evil because I am incapable of having just one "serving" (1/4 cup) at once. I could put away a whole jar. :/
