    Aiming at 300 outdoor miles for May, my first month back on the road after 5 years (London is a bit scary riding at times)...plus 3-4 spin sessions a week, and 2 runs (one short one longish)...

    so far am at 129 miles, so nearly on target!

    244 miles done. 256 more miles to reach my goal.

    Stopped by a "Pit Stop" this morning, set up for Bike To Work Day. I passed on the coffee and Cliff Bars. Maybe this afternoon I'll take them up on it. And grab a t-shirt, though since I do it every day I'm not really the target audience.

    My sister AND 91-year-old dad are mentioned in an article today about riding a bike trail in Chesapeake, Virginia. I remember my dad teaching me to ride my first bike, now over 50 years ago. With memories like that, how can one dispair?

    Adding another 8 miles to my 11 so far (two four mile rides). That puts me at 19 miles. Oh my goodness, loving it!
