    Like everyone else, I am so impressed with your hard work, commitment, dedication, and the results you've achieved. To have lost 200 pounds is a remarkable accomplishment. And to have maintained that weight loss for 2 years is nothing short of drop-jaw amazing.

    There is absolutely NOTHING you can't accomplish in life. You've proved you can succeed in the face of all obstacles.

    Do you know about the National Weight Control Registry (http://www.nwcr.ws)? It's a research based study of long term successful weight loss maintenance, to better understand why some people succeed at maintaining their weight loss while many people do not. 10,000 people are now in their database as success stories. You would be a great addition! To be considered, you must have lost at least 30 pounds and have kept it off for at least a year. I can't wait to join when I'm eligible this summer.
