I love bamboo day. It’s like lifting a couple sacks of fighting tomcats.
I’ve never seen that before! Intrigued!!!
A few years ago, my buddy had me try this to help me solidify my bench press form. It's great because the instability really makes you focus on your position, engaging your legs, squeezing your lats.
It’s a blast to do. You try to have as little movement as possible. Sometimes we mix kettlebells up with the plates. The kettlebells feel like they’re alive if they get moving.
Make sure you have a spotter. Once they get crunk, the whole rig can get away from you in an instant.
I have been working really darn hard to get super bulkeh. It certainly does not happen by accident. And unless I'm flexing, even the bulk I have tends to hide.
Lifting ROCKS.
Also...I have grown to really love how it feels to have strong muscular legs and arms. I wouldn't trade them for the world!

Everybody's got individualized britches. She's superwoman in so many ways . . . but you know more about this particular thing. Keep preaching, sister!
