.. i stop logging on my free day as soon as i hit my cal goal for the day, which is usually wayyyy before dinner. : /
I dream constantly about eating potato chips and wake up feeling guilty... and bloated. lol
I get angry when my kids eat things that i want but can't have in front of me, and make them take it to another room.

That is so funny. I did not realize that people I would consider a relatively normal weight could eat so much. I thought only big people like me had these kinds of problems.
I've been doing really good for the past month and a half since I started. Not all of what I eat is healthy, but if it is under my calories I don't really worry about it. Today I had Taco Bell and about a week ago I had Pizza Hut. I like dark chocolate too. I justify that by telling myself that it is good for me.0 -

I have done that but I did not even eat the cooked brownies just the batter. One of my favorite desserts is chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. I can eat a whole batch of those. I have not had those in a long time.0 -

Just because you ate a BUTT LOAD of stuff in one day, does not mean you are
not serious about losing weight. Everyone has those types of days! Just saying.
AAAAAND, I was tempted into the chinese buffet tonight and had 3 pieces of
chicken on a stick, some coconut shrimp, two little sponge cake roll things, one
and a half pieces of this small cake that was AMAZING, a small piece of what
they called "marinated steak" but it was NOT steak, a cheese wonton, a roll with
honey butter on it, peaches, half a kiwi and sweet tea.
Chinese is my downfall. AND I am only human!0 -
So far I've been good and logged all of my food but feeling sad and lonely because of some personal family stuff and seriously considering being bad BUT with weigh in day looming tomorrow maybe just going to bed early...who knows!!!
Don't get too down on yourself!! Everybody needs a cheat day and tomorrow is a new day with a clean slate!!!!0 -
I may or may not have consumed:
2 almond granola bars
2 glasses of wine
2 1/4in. slices of pound cake
1 bagel w/ 4 tbsp cream cheese, 2 oz. lox, and lettuce & tomato
1 large black coffee
1 service of dark chocolate almonds
1 chobani frozen greek yogurt pop
tomorrow.....a better day......0 -
Hmphhh, in the passed week, I did log that i ate Popeyes, but later that night...got hungry and ate some which i didn't log.. also ate some cheetos that i didn't log either...and a pepsi... and these mexican mango candy which i haven't logged either..haha.0

In the past 48 hours I consumed:
2 slices of mocha s'mores pie
3 Grahm cracker cookies
2 Chocolate creme filled sandwich cookies
2 or 3 nutri-grain bars
about 6 tbsp PB (skippy creamy) wtf ew

I had two root beer floats, a red velvet butter cookie, a doughnut, and some other sugary fun stuff that I apparently blocked out of my memory today XD There's been more in the past week, but I'm pulling excuses by saying I'm PMSing and it's finals week0

Last week - Smores Brownies (graham cracker crumb crust, brownie batter, marshmallows, gram cracker)
2 weeks ago - Chocolate ganache tart in a cookie crumb crust,

i wish i didnt have such a passion for it .. lol

I had a half order of fries at wingstop, 3 pillsbury cookies, 1 lemon bar, and a small bowl of ice cream. Oh, and a girl scout cookie.0

Going out for dinner tonight. Three courses and wine.. no calories counted and I won't be feeling bad about it either.0

Went over my calories by 3000 today (meaning I consumed over 4000 calories)
Where I went wrong:
1. Handmade coconut ice cream--been craving this badly, the ice cream shop almost never has it and so I indulged
2. Combo Thai food--I was starving all day and tired/too lazy to cook
3. Goodies from my parents through the mail came today
4. Haribo gummies
I've been having nonstop exams for the past few weeks and I'm at my wit's end trying to eat clean/healthy and just have crashed and burned hard the past two days.0 -
I had some Ben & Jerry's ice cream today, yum!0

the other night I ate a hot sauce and Blue cheese burger. I DID take the top bun off.. I also had nachos and a bunch of drinks....The drinks made me forget about the junk I ate....but I ended up getting sick anyway. Blah.
Tonight I was going to have a serving of talenti sea salt caramel geleto but my 20 month old ate nearly half of it0 -

1. I just now opened my food diary to pubilc as I know this will help me deal with my undereating and secret binges
2. I want to surround myself with loads of positive people as I tackle getting fit healthy and well
3. I need to eat healthy more fruits, veggies, lean meat, nuts
4. I ate between 900-1,000 calories for a long time but upped mine by 500 calories
5. I obbess over the scale and over my calories
6. I often allow what people think of me consume me
7. I am ready to be who I am and open up about my struggles hiding behind them doesn't help0 -
Ha! Now I feel better about making buckeye's at 11:00 last friday night - just because I wanted the creamy peanut butter filling! So. Worth. It. :happy:0
