Homemade soup. Veggie pasta topper also homemade. Hummus err I dunno if it is low cal, but it sure is good with pita bread. Spring rolls I had 4!!!! and that was under 300 calories, fried tofu, Crystal Lite Appletini, air popped popcorn w/nutritional yeast, pita pockets for sandwiches it's just a few less calories, but it's still a calorie savings with no sacrifice. vinaigrette dressings.

Brookside Dark Chocolate Pomegranate. I am in love. It's fantastic.

This sounds so good, where do you get it?

I get it in big bags at Costco. I've also seen smaller bags at Target.

1 wholemeal sandwich thin + 1/2 tsp of light flora spread + devondale reduced fat processed cheese + 15 grams of 97% fat free triple smoked ham, warmed in the microwave or grill = 188 cals max

Perfect for any ham and cheese toasty lovers like me :)

Also love 1 boiled egg mixed with 10g of 99% fat free Mayo and a pinch celery salt on a slice of wholegrain bread = 170 cals depending on the bread.

I honestly think this thread is worthless.

It should be "what is the most filling food, calorie for calorie"
It is my whole donute vs bagel arguement

Mine is roasted cauliflower, Laughing Cow cheese wedges, Hunt's sugar free pudding snacks, Fiber One Cereal (original and chocolate), Pop Chips (espec. the salt/vinegar ones), and Trader Joe's has these mini Brie wedges that are deeelicioius at only 40cals/wedge.

    Great thread, btw!
