Anyone have any ideas for healthy filling dinners that will keep me on track and my hubby happy?
Whatever yo decide to make, i suggest cutting up vegetables and roasting them on 400 for 15 to 20 minutes....you can a eat a TON of them and they are delicious and assist in adhering if you are struggling with your calories.
I roasted cauliflower with some chopped garlic and a little olive oil, SO good....or you can do zucchini, squash, and cherry tomatoes...really anything...and it adds a lot to the meal.0 -

Oh and one of my produce staples is a bag of pre-shredded cabbage (a cole slaw mix) ~ I love it heated up a bit in the microwave and topped with anything I'd put on pasta.0 -
