    Dang it! I gained a 1/2 pound! Not really sure how that happened as I've been working out every day, staying within my calories. I don't know. Now I only have 15 days to lose 4-1/2 pounds if I want to meet my goal. I will not dwell though. I'll get there I know. I've never been one to shed weight quickly so not really surprised. I'm feeling better every day though physically and mentally so that in itself is a success!

    Great attitude! You can't dwell on any gains. I am the same way--slow with losing weight. Here's hoping for a big loss next week! :happy:

    Just chicking in for the week. Only had a 1 LB loss this week but on the bright side my ticker hit the 50 lbs lost (again) lol so I have managed to lose the 9 Lbs I gained back during the holidays and the move to Georgia. Not sure I'm going to hit my goal of 10lbs for the month as I have only lost 3 so far BUT I'm way more active than before and doc's are thrilled with me soooo I'm trying to focus more on how my body feels versus the numer on the scale...but that easier said then done! Conrats- looks like everyone is doing great, keep it up!:drinker: :drinker:

    Way to stay motivated and I know you will do great next week I think your body is adjusting to the new workout didn't you start insanity this week? You have reached great goals that many losing haven't even accomplished getting through the mental so Kudos to you!!

    Happy Monday Everyone! I love looking at all of the losses below! AWESOME WORK:) I was tempted all weekend with delicious looking graduation party food and company over...BUT...I stayed on track and am so proud of myself. 133.6 this morning! Only .4 from my June start (134) but I had jumped to 135 last week. Yahoooo! 3.6 more to go.

    Cnbethea, yes I started last Monday so this is day 9 for me. I really like it so far. It definitely takes me out of my comfort zone which is what I need. Thanks much for the kudos!

    Hey ladies & gents, a big well done to all those who have lost and for those who didnt (myself included lol), great to see your still motivated and trying to get back on track, your all a great motivational support not only to me but to each other, which is fantastic. Well another weigh in looms for me tomorrow and I am really NOT looking forward to it, dont ask me why, I stayed within my calories all week, drank plenty of water and managed only a little exercise due to work committments, but I am feeling a little dubious, and dont know why?     Wow I don't know why I self sabotage myself I have a great week and weigh then go and blow it are you serious whew I failed at my plan of keeping the rest of the week clean let me try this one more time Wed-Sun will be good that's a promise to myself I deserve better than this!! This was why I was scared to weigh and look because I get happy and think I am suppose to celebrate with food!!

    Time to check my thinking process I think this is a issue that has been handed down from years of family tradition awwww you did, great job let's go out to eat!!!:sad:

    Hey!

    It has been a tough week. I stayed with in my calorie range everyday and did some mad excercising, but the scale told me I only lost one half pound. Still, a loss is a loss. I am thinking of trying one of the "cheat" meal ideas to shake up my metabolism. Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to over do it. Usually this is where I start to lose focus, but I won;t this time. I am in it for the long hall. If it takes 3 months great, if it takes 6 months okay, if it takes a year, fine- but I will achieve my goals. We can all achieve our goals!

    I forgot to post here on Friday (that's when I do my weigh in)

    I lost 1lb.

    So I'm down to needing to lose 7lbs, Realistically it won't happen but my personal goal is to lose that 7lbs by July 9th. That's when I'm going tubbing. Cheers.

    I have found that writing everything down makes you really look at what you are eating and drinking throughout the day. I have a little pocket note book that I carry in my purse and write everything from one starburst, to gum, to swallow of a beer to whatever in it. I start feeling real guilty when the list get's long. Since I started that list I have cut WAY back on fluids other than water and my little snacks..but that's just what works for me...plus adding all that stuff into my food database one at a time is tidious!

    ahh i just want this weight to come off already! i feel like there is no way i'm going to make this june goal! but, if i can even lose just one more pound by the end of june, even that would be enough to make me happy right now lol. i'll be weighing in friday with low hopes of seeing anything different on the scale, but we shall see! maybe i can squeeze out a lil half pound by then :]
