The biggest load of crap I've read/heard today bar none. Then again neither look like they've ever stepped foot in a gym. It's like needing a haircut and getting a trim from someone who's blind; it just doesn't make sense - at the very least not for bodybuilding or strength training.

Then you haven't read the killong thread.

I submit to you that the killong thread is the best thing to ever happen to this site.

Agreed. In for references on being killonged.

Strumming my pain with his fingers
Singing my life with his words

Killong me softly with his song
Killong me softly with his song

Telling my whole life with his words
Killong me softly with his song

    I die.

    You killonged me.
