    yeah, i just realized that over the weekend actually. I've been talking about losing for a decade, but only recently got off my azz.
    now when i can't lift, it hurts. I need to lift like I need to breathe :D
    stress relief, accomplishment, inspiration, there's nothing I don't like about it, unless it's a light day lol.
    my workouts are supposed to get brutal like, i might need to puke brutal,
    and I'm really excited about it.

I just found this today, and it represents the fire and enthusiasm i feel much of the time. The changes don't show very much on the outside yet. but i'm drastically stronger than 2 months ago, and lots of other things about me are different too.

    well step one is seeing yourself as Wonder Woman you already are Wonderful so keep it in mind.

    CRAZY!! (or in Arabic MAJNOON!!) I haven't really been able to utilize the languages I know. I helped a bunch of lost French Canadian tourists but I don't like their dialect. My dad speaks to me in French, I get around with my Spanish, my client in Beverly Hills is trying to relearn German so that helps. We're also studying Japanese together which is fun. I was raised to love and appreciate different cultures, religions, and languages.
    Where do you live now? What do you mean "when you grow up?" I'm only 28 =)
