Here's to a GREAT first weigh-in! Hit the 1.5 lb goal after being plateaued for over a month. Gotta love a little competative fire! :drinker:

I want to play too ... I know I am a week behind, but this will give me the incentive to work that bit harder. I havent weighed myself for a month as I have been hiding from my bad eating habits, but today is the day this will all change.
I have seen some really inspirational posts on here with some amazing pictures. I want to be one of those stories!!
I will weigh myself tonight and post later (uh oh!!)... roll on Aug 20th!

Starting weight is (gulp) 159 ..... But the only way is down.
Question, I havent been to the gym for a month and find that when I start exercising my weight goes UP to start off with... Has anyone else found this?

How's your week going? What's one thing you're doing that you feel will make you successful on your journey and you want to keep up?
My answer: I've started a 2 week "ultimate frisbee bootcamp" with some friends (3-4 days a week for 2 weeks, plus our ultimate games). It's super hard, and I'm still sore after 2 days, but I know it's going to bring amazing changes to my body, I can already feel it. After the 2 weeks is up, some of us are going to continue with the workouts 1 day a week0 -

To finally finish the entire c25k and be able to run/jog for 30 minutes 3x4 times per week. Today is week6 day2 ---- it feels great when I finally got dressed and after the 5- 6 minute warm up. However, I am still have trouble motivating to get up and "go". You know what I mean?0
