I'm 5'2" 133 lbs. Losing weight and losing body fat are two different things. I think you want to focus on building lean body mass - lift heavy and lots of protein!! I weight 110-115 in high school and am now 41 w/ loads of muscle despite being an athlete in high school. LIFT heavy things and put it down0

I'm 5'1 and 104 lbs. I have a 16% body fat. I do ALOT of cardio and try to do weight training 3 times a week. I'm looking to define and tone my muscles!0

I am 5'2, and I used to be 120. That's what I am working towards. LOL But I say more power to you! You have to be happy with yourself, so don't worry what any one else thinks. I have about 39 pounds from being 120, so I got a while to go, but I hope you find the encouragement on here that you need0 -

You're not the only one. I'm now 5' 2 1/4", was 5'3" a few yrs back, thats what age does,you shrink.lol I'm now 65 & weigh 156. weighed 175 a few yrs back. Would love to be 125. My dr says I have to lose for my health, Was always told I was too small in my younger yrs( 100- 110 lbs) Started Zumba about a yr ago & added water aerobics this summer. Never was one to exercise.lol Good luck to you!! I need help because I'm having a hard time with recipes etc.0

I'm about 5'1! Started at 174 and would like to get to around 130, altought that is just my main goal right now. It will really depend on how I feel when I get there if I want to keep going! Will definitely be doing more weights though! Feel free to add me!0

People think I am crazy, and when I tell them I just want to be healthy, they look at me like I am some fitness nut! And maybe I am, but I never use to be! I enjoy watching what I eat and exercising, makes life less boring (and I look better doing it!)
I am 32 years old and my ideal weight should be around 111. I want to get down to 105 to learn the discipline it takes, and then bring it back up to 110-111 and maintain!

You're my dream height!!!! lol but if you're 114 now and 2 inches taller than me, I'm def gonna need to stalk your pictures and see how great 114 looks on you! Then that can help me judge how great 112 will look on me! haha0 -
