In response to people who have not lost weight..............."Maybe you gained muscle". or "you're probably gaining muscle and it weighs more than fat". Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!
1 - a pound of fat, a pound of muscle, a pound of feathers.........THEY ALL WEIGH A POUND.
2 - plus half the time the poster will state they just started working out. You don't gain muscle in one weeks time.

Regarding number 3, you don't say :noway: - sheesh, stick the SAME SIZE in volume of fat and muscle next to each other and there is a difference in size even though they weigh identical in weight.0 -
