    Pretty much any thread that rants about how something is cliche or annoying. It's always a great idea to tear people down on a fitness forum! Not supposed to call them fat so may as well find something else!

    -Don't eat *this* your body will automatically store it as fat
    -Everything is okay within moderation
    -You have to cut carbs to lose weight
    -Carbs are the bodies main source of fuel


    So many contradictions. I say, as long as you're within your limits, eat what makes you happy, not everyone has the same taste in food. While I personally promote eating more fruits, vegetables and lean meats, there is that professor who went on a diet of junk food to prove that weight loss is about calorie deficit.

    "I don't see a difference, can you?" Type posts. You wouldn't be posting comparison pictures if you didn't honestly see any difference. If you want gratification from others that's fine and all, but at least admit it.

    I actually did that today, but it was because some other overweight people in my life were telling me that I looked the same or fatter than I did 40 lbs heavier and I was legitimately upset by it. But not in the forum, on my page.

    Personally I'd rather hear the cliches than hear nothing. And I'd much rather people just don't drop off of MFP without any warning. I've seen a few wonderfully supportive peeps just totally abandon the site. Guess they ran out of clever things to say.

    So WTG guys; stay on your journeys; and just don't weigh-in during TOM! Happy 250th (or fill in your number)!

    "How many calories does sperm have?"

    Cliche things:

    "You're not eating enough, your body is in starvation mode" (in response to someone who has been eating 1200 calories for 3 days and are pissed because they haven't seen weight loss.

    "I don't want to get bulky and if I lift heavy weights I'll get bulky, like a guy, I curled 5lb dumbbells yesterday and I'm already bulky" (dont EVEN get me started on this one)

    "OMG I binged on 200 calories"
