I hate that too. I usually hear it from a lot of women. Fyi, did you know that a man AT BEST can only gain .5 pounds of muscle in a month & women only gain half of that AT HER BEST.In response to people who have not lost weight..............."Maybe you gained muscle". or "you're probably gaining muscle and it weighs more than fat". Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!0 -

So basically anyone typing anything on MFP is annoying?
:blushing: I can't complain about the "journey" one cause I actually use that one a lot when people say they'll give up after 2 weeks. It's not a race to the finish!
