Music. Dancing around my house like a crazy and singing at the top of my lungs. Suddenly I am happy and can just chill.0

Anything that gets me away from electronic items and cars and people
Top faves:
1. Jacuzzi, sauna & steam room in the gym.
2. In my room, all electronic stuff turned off, scented candles lit, doing girly things like my nails.
3. Going for a gentle stroll in the countryside.0 -
Hitting the heavy bag, alcohol and *kitten* *kitten* *kitten*.0

Working on art (that's my degree) or sewing/crocheting something for someone (it is nice accomplishing a goal by making something). Otherwise I like to go on walks and listen to music. Reading and watching movies can be nice, but I can get easily distracted by my head.0

A good book.0

Used to be scotch and cigar (I know cliche but it worked for me)
Now its mostly watching Conan or something on TV since I quit drinking and smoking0 -
Play guitar, take a bubble bath, listen to music...0

Hot bath with a good book!
I lived at my apartment for almost 2 years and the bath stopper hasn't worked since we moved in, I asked them to fix a million times but they still haven't. I would die to be able to take a hot bath0 -
Honestly? REALLY good sex.
Definitely this but a very close second would be while sipping a cold beer with my grill smoking up a good cut of meat and fresh veggies, almost like heaven!!0 -
WoW.

Win.
Seriously is the best way! My husband and I have realized that if we go more than 2 days without, we both get a irritable.
My stupid boyfriend has work tonight. I'll hardly even see him today
I work days and my husband works nights so I don't see much of him except on the weekend and he gets mandated to work Saturday a lot! He gets home at 1 am and I am sleeping because I have to be up at 5 am. UGH!!!
SO I have to relax with a nice hot bath instead!0 -
Lay on the Couch and watch Soccer or Golf on TV.......
Drinking a stiff glass of Rum always works as well0 -

When I have time - sitting at the bottom of the ocean. Seriously!
In day to day - running/walking on the beach, long hot shower or good "smut" TV w/ a glass of wine.0 -
whoops :bigsmile:0

I'll go for a run or a bike ride and put some pissed off music on to get me going and by the time I'm done, I'm so tired I can't be stressed anymore lol Or I'll read, take a bath, watch a pointless funny movie0

Baking, cooking, reading, knitting, going to a karaoke bar (to watch--not sing!), dancing, and time with the husband!
After reading my list, I realize I seem much older than 28!0
