    Fruit and almonds. But at night I nearly always snack on Quaker Oatmeal Squares cereal.

    Celery when I have some. Depending on how many calories I'm at, I'll add peanut butter. If there's no celery, it's usually peanuts or wheat thins, again, depending on what else I've eaten, or plan to eat.

    I actually portion out all my snack right after I buy them, so that I can just grab a 'snack bag' and go, and they are so handy to control calories...

    * 28g Almonds = 164 Calories
    * 40g Crasins = 140 Calories
    * 100g Baby Carrot sticks = 35 Calories
    * 40g Dried Mango Slices NOT the processed chunks = 25 Calories
    * 50g Raisins = 150 calories

    And basically any kind of fruit/veggie combo I can think of (or more realistically, whatever is on sale!) ;)

    Happy Snacking!

    I love raw nuts, especially macadamia (YUMMY) and I have a weird love of brazil nuts. Nuts are an awesome snack since you only need a few to fill yourself up and they're full of nutrients and protein.

    Dark chocolate is my evening snack, if I'm wanting something sweet. I also like a slice of sharp cheddar lately, again it really helps tide you over.
