Hello! I'm 5'9", weighed in this morning at 152.2lbs!! Aiming for 130lbs but 126lbs is my ultimate goal - I'm currently in a UK size 12 and have a small frame, my wrists only just measure 5¼ inches :-))

I'm 5'9 and my original goal weight was 155 which I reached over a year ago. I felt great. I am now aiming for 150! I spoke with a nutritionist who also said 150 would be a good goal as anything lower for my body type would be too low.
I'm wondering if under 150 would be too low for me as well, but we shall see. Currently sitting idly between 172 and 175. Kicking it in gear now.0 -
I'm 5'9, my start weight was about 185 lbs, currently I'm 165 lbs and I'm aiming to lose about another 10 lbs. I've never weighed anything less than 165 lbs though so I'm not really sure of what goal weight I should be aiming for, basically I'm just losing enough weight so that I'm happy with my body.0

I'm 5'9 my current weight is 164 and I am aiming for 145 because I really liked how I looked when I was at that weight about 8 months ago. I have a small frame.0

I am 5'9" and my goal weight is 150. I was down to 135 at one point, but everyone told me I looked sick and my head looked to large for my body...LOL! So I would be happy 150 to 145. I was 205 and now I am down to 198. I have been logging my food on MFP for a 30 days and doing the Insanity workout. So only 43 more lbs to go. I think a FIT 150 is very healthy. Once I reach that goal weight, I will focus more on reducing body fat and toning.0

I'm 5'10 and my highest weight was 202, currently I am 189. My lowest weight was 125 and it was sickly thin but I loved the way I looked at the 145-150 range and I'm trying to get back there. Hopefully before the end of the year.0

I'm 5'9" and have been working to lose weight since around February.
Starting weight: Approx. 180
Current Weight: 145
Goal: I would like to get down to 130
I'm "pear-shaped", and though I am happy with my upper body (short of needing to tone up and do some strength training), I have a harder time slimming down my lower body.
Any tips on how to target those pesky "thunder thighs?
I'm open to suggestions and would love to have some friends added for the extra support!0 -
