My only complaint about this entire post is YOU saying 51 lbs in 200 days isn't all that impressive. That is an average of a pound every 4 days. That is impressive as hell redlion!!!! Congratulations on an amazing loss and thank you for this kick *kitten* post!!

Thank you for your post. It happened to be the 1st thing I read after not logging in for 3 months and totally falling off my own wagon. I needed the common sense pep talk. You rock!

    2. Eat Less and Move More -

As was quoted in this class I'm taking right now:

Something is always better than nothing.

More is always better than less.

Yes, indeed! It's a lot of common sense, isn't it? And not really as hard as it seems.

I'd like to add: Break it down into small, reachable mini-goals that you can cross off until you reach your final goal. It makes it easier to digest than trying to focus on the big overall picture which is intimidating.

Congratulations on your success! Very impressive!

Thanks for sharing what you've learned along the way!

Great post, thanks so much for sharing the 10 things that you have learned. I still need to learn to plan the day out food wise instead of just going with whatever happens. This is a LONG journey that is for sure!
