My only complaint about this entire post is YOU saying 51 lbs in 200 days isn't all that impressive. That is an average of a pound every 4 days. That is impressive as hell redlion!!!! Congratulations on an amazing loss and thank you for this kick *kitten* post!!0

Good post, just thought I'd add that you don't have to eat breakfast and if you're feeling hungry but already at your calorie limit, drinking water can help as sometimes your body will say you're hungry when you're just thirsty.0
