Alright, so...
I haven't taken this challenge too seriously this past week, but NOT ANYMORE.
I've only 6.5 miles thus far.
August 1: 1.5 mile jog
August 3: 1 mile run
August 5: 1.5 mile walk/run
August 8: 2.5 bike ride
Tomorrow doing a 10 mile ride on the stationary bike at the gym :P0 -

I am really excited! I have been doing C25K, and accomplished week 6 day 3 (22 minute jog- no walking) on my first go round!! Week 5 day 3 (20 minute jog) took me about 2 weeks to accomplish.
8-1: 6 mi walk/jog
8-3: 6 mi walk/jog
8-4: 2 mi bike
8-6: 7 mi walk/jog
8-8: 6 mi walk/jog
8-9: 6 mi bike
8-10: 6 mi walk/jog
Total: 39 miles- 31 walk/jog, 8 bike
Goals: 80 miles- 50 walk/jog, 30 bike

Got in 2 miles this morning walking with my neighbor and 3.1 through circuit training at lunch time (I took an hour and a half, since I couldn't take 2 due to meetings). I slept in this morning b/c I'd been so tired all week with plans to workout AFTER work, but some schmuck scheduled a 5-6pm meeting tonight...on a FRIDAY!!! Sassin'-Frassin'
